1. 申请时满18周岁. 18 years old on the date of application.

2. 女性. Female.

3. 有基本篮球基础或者擅长另外一种团体运动. Have basic basketball skills or have experience with another team sport.

4. 接受并且遵守MELODY的篮球文化 (友情第一, 打球/比赛第二). Accept and adhere to MELODY's basketball culture (Friendship first, competition second).

5. 愿意为俱乐部/球队做出一些贡献和支持. Willing to provide support the club/team as necessary.

*未满18周岁的候选人可申请，但需要请家长签家长同意书. Interested candidates who are underage are welcomed to apply, but would need to submit a guardian's consent form.

加入俱乐部: To Join the Club:

1. 查看“加入俱乐部”的“入会要求”; Read the information in the "Entry Requirements" tab under the "Join MELODY" section;

2. 符合要求后下载“申请表" (请在此连接下载: 入会表); If you meet the requirements please download the "Application Form" (Please download from this link: Application Form);

3. 把填好的"申请表"发邮件至MELODY(具体邮箱请在“联系我们”查看)申请加入俱乐部; Send the filled "Application Form" to MELODY (For the email address, please go to the "Contact Us" page);

4. 会籍顾问将在一周内确认申请; Our Membership Consultant will confirm receipt within one week;

5. 审核通过后, 需在三个月内准时参加三次水果队的打球活动; Once approved, you need to participate (turn up on time) in 3 Say-Go basketball activities within 3 months;

6. 通过考核后和会籍顾问定制自己在俱乐部的篮球旅程; Once done, our Membership Consultant will work with you to create your basketball journey in the Club;

7. 交俱乐部入会费 (正式变成MELODY成员); Pay the club's new member fee (officially become a MELODY member);

1. 一个打球平台; A platform to play basketball;

2. 和业余女篮球爱好者一起打球的机会; The opportunity to play basketball with other amateur women basketball players;

3. 第一时间了解到俱乐部的相关活动信息和资料; Be informed by the club's news and activities' information;

4. 如俱乐部组织篮球或相关活动优先被邀请参加; Be given the priority to get invited to participate in the club's basketball or other activities;

5. 参加仅限俱乐部会员能参加的活动(例如：和其他体育组织合作或者被邀请的活动); Be invited to members-only events (Eg. events organized by MELODY and other organizations);

6. 成为全国第一和最早成立的业余女子篮球俱乐部的会员之一; Be a member of the first and oldest amateur women's basketball club;

7. 拿到俱乐部的T恤一件、卫衣一件、长裤一条; Receive one MELODY T-shirt, one hoodie and one pants;

8. 遇到志同道合的伙伴们; Meet other members who share the same interest.
